Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Large Artwork Files
If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.
Simply paste your file-sharing link into the Artwork Upload form, along with your company name and purchase order number.

22" x 22" Double-Sided Sublimated Bandana
Our 22" x 22" double-sided sublimated bandana in lightweight 100% polyester offers a large decorating area and can be worn as a bandana, headband, or neck scarf.
Ideal for sports teams, corporate programs, events, races, festivals, schools, fashion programs, giveaways, team building, sponsorship activations, and promotional campaigns.
Full-Color Sublimation on Both Sides
Your artwork is dye-sublimated edge to edge on both sides with no heavy ink layer — team colors, logos, patterns, or sponsors. Maximum imprint area is 22" x 22".
Recommended Double-Sided Decoration
For the cleanest result, print graphics on one side and a solid color on the other; if logos go on both sides, use the same step-and-repeat, as some shadow may show through.
100% Polyester Fabric
The lightweight polyester has a cool-touch feel and offers sun coverage outdoors.
Serged Stitched Edges
Serged stitched edges give a clean, durable finish.
