Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Sublimated Table Runner — 30" x 90", Covers the Front, Top and Back
A printed polyester runner, 30" wide by 90" long — long enough to drape down the front of the table, across the top, and down the back. Full colour sublimation covers the whole cloth, and it fits 4', 6', 8', and 10' tables.
Ideal for trade show tables in the middle of a floor, island booths, conference registration, retail and mall promotions, sampling stations, school and community events, and any table that visitors walk all the way around.
Ninety Inches Reaches Both Sides
The extra length is the whole point: at 90" the runner covers the front, the top, and the back, so the table is presentable from behind as well as in front.
That matters for an island position, a table in an open concourse, or one with a walkway behind it — anywhere the back of the table is on view and a 60" runner would leave it bare.
Suits Deeper Tables Too
The added length also covers deeper tables cleanly, where a shorter runner would stop short of a proper drape at the front.
And because a runner lays across rather than wrapping, one piece still serves every table length from 4' to 10' — no ordering a separate cloth per table size.
Full Colour Sublimation Throughout
Printing is by dye sublimation across the entire runner, bonding the ink into the fibres rather than laying it on the surface. Colour stays saturated, the fabric stays soft, and nothing cracks or peels with repeated folding.
Since the artwork runs the full length, a design can carry over the top of the table and continue down the far side rather than stopping at a fold.
Washable, Wrinkle Resistant, Fire Retardant
The 100% polyester fabric is machine washable and wrinkle resistant, so it folds into a case and comes out presentable at the next event without ironing. It is also fire retardant, which many convention centres, schools, and indoor venues require.
