Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Sublimated Table Runner — 30" x 60", Covers the Front and Top of the Table
A printed polyester runner, 30" wide by 60" long, that lays across the table and drapes down the front. Full colour sublimation covers the whole cloth, and the same runner fits 4', 6', 8', and 10' tables.
Ideal for trade show tables, conference registration, retail promotions, sampling stations, school and community events, charity functions, church and club tables, and any occasion where the venue supplies the table and you supply the branding.
One Runner Fits Every Table
Because a runner sits across the table rather than wrapping it, the same piece works on a 4-foot table at a school fair and a 10-foot table at a trade show.
That is the practical case for a runner over a fitted cover: you buy one item instead of one per table size, and it still works if the venue supplies something other than what was promised.
Lighter and Cheaper Than a Full Cover
A runner carries your branding across the front face of the table — the part visitors actually see — without the fabric, weight, or cost of a four-sided cloth.
It also layers happily over a venue's own linen, which is often the fastest way to brand a table you do not control.
Full Colour Sublimation, Rolled Edges
Printing is by dye sublimation across the entire runner, with the ink bonded into the fibres rather than laid on the surface — so colour stays saturated, the fabric stays soft, and nothing cracks or peels.
The edges are finished with a rolled hem, which is the detail that separates a runner that looks professionally made from one that looks cut to size.
Washable, Wrinkle Resistant, Fire Retardant
The 100% polyester fabric is machine washable and wrinkle resistant, so it can be folded into a case, pulled out at the next event, and still look presentable without ironing.
It is also fire retardant — a requirement at many convention centres, schools, and indoor venues.
