Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Sublimated Table Cloth for 10' Table — Drape Style, 4-Sided, Closed Back
A fully printed drape-style table cloth cut for a standard 10' table, covering all four sides with a closed back. The entire cloth is sublimated in full colour, so a long table reads as one continuous branded surface rather than a cloth with a sign on it.
Ideal for trade show and exhibition tables, conference registration rows, banquet and gala tables, product displays and sampling, school and community events, charity stalls, and any setting where a full ten-foot run of table is on show.
Covers the Full Ten-Foot Footprint
Ten feet of table is a large visual surface — often the widest single element in a booth. Printing all of it turns what would be dead space into the display itself.
At this length the artwork has room to carry a headline and a pattern rather than a logo alone, and it still reads from down the aisle.
Closed Back Hides Boxes and Cables
The four-sided closed back drapes to the floor all the way round, hiding the stock, cases, power bars, and cabling that accumulate under a long event table.
On a ten-foot table there is a great deal to hide, and the closed back turns all of it into concealed storage.
Machine Washable, Wrinkle Resistant
The 100% polyester is wrinkle resistant, so it goes straight from the bag onto the table without pressing, and machine washable when a weekend of handling leaves its mark.
Sublimated ink is bonded into the fibres, so colours survive repeated washing and there is nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
CPSIA Compliant and Fire Retardant
The cloth is fire retardant, which many convention centres and indoor venues require before load-in, and it is CPSIA compliant — relevant for schools, family events, and any setting where children are around the table.
