Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Sublimated Table Cloth for 8' Tables — Drape Style, Four-Sided, Closed Back
A fully sublimated drape-style cloth cut for a standard 8' table, covering all four sides with a closed back. Everything the cloth touches becomes branded surface, and everything stored underneath it disappears.
Ideal for trade shows and exhibitions, conferences, presentations, retail stores, school functions, fundraisers, registration desks, job fairs, and community events.
Four-Sided, Closed Back
The cloth drapes over all four sides of the table and closes at the back, so cases, boxes, extra stock, and cabling are hidden from view without needing a separate skirt or panel.
That makes it the right choice for island booths, centre-floor tables, and any layout where attendees can walk behind you — there is no unfinished side.
Full-Colour Sublimation Across the Entire Cloth
Artwork is dye-sublimated across the whole cloth rather than screened onto a front panel, so photography, patterns, colour fields, and full-bleed backgrounds all wrap the table continuously.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and the ink is bonded into the fibres so nothing cracks or peels. Maximum imprint area is 152"W x 86"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Flame Retardant for Exhibit Halls
The polyester is flame retardant and compliant for exhibit hall use — a requirement at most convention centres, universities, and indoor venues, and one that gets checked more often than exhibitors expect.
Machine Washable and Easy to Travel With
The cloth is 100% polyester, machine washable, and wrinkle resistant, so it can be folded into a case, shaken out on site, and still look pressed.
It weighs almost nothing compared with hard booth elements, which keeps shipping simple and makes storage between shows a matter of a single shelf. Six-foot and three-sided open-back versions are also available.
