Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Sublimated Table Cloth for 4' Table — Drape Style, 4-Sided, Closed Back
A fully printed drape-style table cloth cut for a standard 4' table, covering all four sides with a closed back. The entire cloth is sublimated in full colour — not just the front panel — so the table reads as a finished branded fixture from every angle.
Ideal for trade show and market tables, registration and check-in desks, sampling and demo stations, school and community events, charity stalls, showrooms, and any booth where the table is doing the branding.
Closed Back Hides Everything Underneath
The four-sided closed back drapes to the floor all the way round, concealing the boxes, cases, cables, and stock that live under every event table.
That is the single biggest difference between a booth that looks professionally set up and one that looks like it is still being unpacked — and it gives you usable hidden storage in a space where floor area is scarce.
Full Sublimation Across the Whole Cloth
Artwork covers the entire cloth including the top and all four drops, so patterns and photographic backgrounds work as well as a centred logo.
Sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres rather than laying it on the surface, so the fabric stays soft, colours stay saturated, and there is nothing to crack or peel after repeated folding.
Wrinkle Resistant and Machine Washable
The 100% polyester is wrinkle resistant, so it comes out of the bag ready to use rather than needing an iron in a venue that will not lend you one.
It is also machine washable, which matters on a surface that collects coffee rings, ink marks, and handprints over a weekend of sampling.
Fire Retardant, Light to Carry
The fabric is fire retardant, which many convention centres and indoor venues require before load-in, and it is light enough to fold into a bag alongside the rest of your kit rather than travelling as its own piece of luggage.
