Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.

- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Cool Touch Fabric With Sun Protection

Edge-to-Edge Sublimation, No Colour Limits
Printing covers the entire bandana with no unprinted border, so patterns, photographs, and all-over designs work as well as a centred logo.
Because it is sublimated, there are no colour change charges and no per-colour setup — a four-colour crest costs the same to print as a single-colour wordmark. The ink is bonded into the fibres, so nothing cracks or peels in the wash.
Serged Stitched Edges
All edges are serged and stitched rather than cut raw, so the bandana does not fray at the hem after a few wears and washes — the usual failure point on cheap printed bandanas.
A Natural Fit for Teams
