Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Microfiber Dri-Lite Terry Pool Towel — 20" x 40", Sublimated One Side
A compact 20" x 40" towel in absorbent microfiber Dri-Lite terry, printed full colour edge to edge on one side. The practical size for volume programmes — useful enough to keep, cheap enough to hand out in quantity.
Ideal for pools and swim clubs, gyms and fitness studios, hotels and spas, summer promotions, sports teams, school and university athletics, charity runs, and high-volume event giveaways.
The Size That Works for Volume
At 20" x 40" this is a real towel rather than a hand towel, but it costs meaningfully less than a full 30" x 60" beach size — which is what makes it viable when you need hundreds rather than dozens.
It is also the size gym and pool users actually prefer to carry: enough to dry off with, small enough to fit in a bag with everything else.
Packs Away Without Going Damp
Dri-Lite microfiber is highly absorbent but dries quickly, so it can be folded into a bag after a swim without turning the rest of the contents damp.
That single property is why microfiber has largely replaced cotton for pool, gym, and travel towels.
Any PMS Colour Matched Faithfully
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour accurately, and colour count makes no difference to the price — a full-bleed multi-colour design costs the same as a single mark.
Ink is bonded into the fibres, so the printed area stays soft and absorbent rather than becoming a stiff, water-repelling panel.
Reinforced Stitching Extends Its Life
Reinforced edges stand up to chlorine and repeated washing, so the towel keeps circulating with your brand on it. A double-sided version is available if you want both faces printed.
