Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

A full 30" x 60" shower towel in microfiber Dri-Lite terry, fully sublimated and available with individual personalization. The towel a roster needs after every game and every practice.

Microfiber Terry — Smooth, Soft, No Ink Feel
Microfiber terry is smooth and soft against skin, and because the dye is bonded into the fibres there is no ink feel — no stiff or raised patch where the artwork sits.
It also dries much faster than a cotton towel of the same size, which matters for a towel that goes back in a bag after every session rather than onto a rail.
Individual Personalization Available
Each towel can carry unique variable information while keeping the same overall design — individual names, numbers, positions, or graduating year.
A named towel legitimizes a programme in a way a generic one does not, and it settles the question of whose towel is whose in a shared changing room.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully and holds fine detail, so team colours land exactly where they should and crests, photography, patterns, and sponsor blocks all print cleanly.
Colour count makes no difference to the price — use the full palette rather than designing around a limit. Maximum imprint area is 30"W x 60"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Built for Constant Laundering
The print will not fade, crack, or flake through a season of washing, and the towel stays soft and absorbent throughout. Plush velour terry versions of this team towel are also available in heavier weights.
