Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Microfiber Dri-Lite Terry Skate, Cooling and Rally Towel — 10" x 10", Sublimated One Side
A 10" x 10" microfiber towel printed full colour edge to edge on one side. The smallest format in the range, and the one that makes the largest giveaway quantities affordable.
Ideal for sports teams, arenas and rinks, camps, fitness studios and health clubs, schools and universities, corporate events, and high-volume handouts.
Sized for Volume Giveaways
At 10" x 10" this is the most economical towel we print, which is what makes full-arena seat drops, gate handouts, and every-participant race kits realistic on a fixed budget.
It also packs down to almost nothing, so cases are easy to ship, store, and move around a venue on event day.
Skate, Cool Down, Cheer
The square format suits a towel that gets tucked into a glove, a bag, or a pocket — wiping down blades and equipment at the rink, cooling off between sets, or waving in the stands.
Absorbent Dri-Lite microfiber terry takes up moisture quickly and dries fast, so it stays usable through a full session rather than turning damp and staying that way.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Artwork is sublimated edge to edge across the full face in any PMS colour, with fine detail held cleanly — crests, photography, patterns, and sponsor blocks all reproduce well.
Colour count makes no difference to the price. Maximum imprint area is 10"W x 10"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Prints That Survive the Laundry
Ink bonded into the fibres keeps the print sharp through repeated washing, with nothing on the surface to crack or flake, and the printed face stays soft and absorbent. A two-sided version and larger 12" x 12" size are also available.
