Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Full Bleed Sublimated Microfiber Rally Towel — 12" x 12", Sublimated One Side
A 12" x 12" microfiber rally towel printed full bleed, edge to edge, on one side. Small, light, and cheap to hand out in volume — and once a few thousand of them are waving in a stand, your artwork is the only thing anyone can see.
Ideal for sports teams, arenas and stadiums, schools and universities, camps, fitness studios and health clubs, corporate events, and large-quantity giveaways.
Full Bleed, Corner to Corner
The print runs right to the edges with no white border framing the design, so the whole towel is branded surface rather than a logo floating in the middle of a blank square.
That matters for a towel meant to be waved: at distance a full-bleed colour field reads as your team colour, while a small centred logo reads as nothing at all. Maximum imprint area is 12"W x 12"H.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully and holds fine detail, so photography, gradients, patterns, and multi-colour sponsor blocks all print cleanly.
Colour count makes no difference to the price — a four-colour crest costs the same as a one-colour wordmark. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Prints That Survive the Laundry
The ink is bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on top of them, so images stay sharp and will not fade, crack, or flake after repeated washing.
The printed face also stays soft and absorbent, which is why sublimated towels get kept and reused instead of thrown out after the game.
Built for Handout Quantities
Absorbent Dri-Lite microfiber terry dries quickly and packs down small, so cases are easy to move, store, and distribute at gates or seat drops. A two-sided version and a smaller 10" x 10" size are also available.
