Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Sublimated Large Throw Cushion — 16" x 16", Invisible Zipper, Removable Insert, Washable Cover
A 16" x 16" throw cushion printed full colour on both faces in premium 230gsm polyester, with a removable insert and invisible zipper closure. The standard decorator size, and the one that reads as furniture rather than an accessory.
Ideal for corporate and client gifts, employee recognition, retail and home decor merchandise, showroom and lounge styling, hospitality and short-let properties, weddings, sports supporter merchandise, and charity auctions.
Sixteen Inches Commands the Sofa
Sixteen inches square is the conventional decorator cushion size, so it sits correctly on a full-size sofa or bed instead of looking undersized.
It also gives you roughly twice the print area of the 12" version — room for a full photographic image, a pattern with real scale, or a large logo treatment.
Graphics Wrap Front and Back
Both faces print edge to edge, so the cushion has no wrong side and works however it lands.
Run one design twice, or pair a bold front with a subtler reverse so the same cushion suits two settings.
Washable Cover, Removable Insert
The invisible zipper hides all hardware from the design and lets the insert lift out, so the cover can be machine washed.
That is what makes a printed cushion viable on furniture people actually sit on, and it lets one insert carry seasonal covers over time.
Reinforced Stitching Holds Its Shape
Reinforced seams and 230gsm fabric keep the corners square and the drape correct over time rather than going soft and shapeless. A smaller 12" x 12" version is available.
