Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Sublimated Throw Cushion — 12" x 12", Invisible Zipper, Removable Insert, Washable Cover
A 12" x 12" throw cushion printed full colour on both front and back in premium 230gsm polyester, with a removable insert and an invisible zipper closure. The cover comes off and goes in the wash.
Ideal for corporate and client gifts, employee recognition, retail and home decor merchandise, showroom and lounge styling, hospitality and short-let properties, weddings and family gifts, sports supporter merchandise, and charity auctions.
All-Over Print, Front and Back
Sublimation covers both faces edge to edge, so the cushion works from any angle on a sofa or a bed rather than having a right way round.
Print the same design twice, or use the reverse for a complementary pattern, a photograph, or a quieter version of the front.
The Invisible Zipper Keeps It Uninterrupted
A concealed zipper means no visible hardware breaking the design and no plastic teeth along an edge — the detail that separates a retail cushion from a promotional one.
It also makes the cover genuinely removable rather than a sealed pillow you cannot clean.
Removable Insert, Washable Cover
The insert lifts out so the cover can be machine washed, which is what allows a printed cushion to live on furniture that gets used.
It also means one insert can carry seasonal or campaign covers over time — useful for showrooms, lounges, and short-let properties.
230gsm Fabric Feels Substantial
The premium 230gsm polyester has enough weight to hold its shape and drape properly rather than looking thin over the insert, and reinforced stitching keeps the corners square with use. A larger 16" x 16" version is available.
