Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Frontlit SEG Fabric Wall Kit — 10'W x 8'H, One Side, No Setup Charge
A single dye-sublimated silicone edge panel for our 10' x 8' frontlit SEG fabric wall, printed one side. Hardware is not included — order it to rebrand a wall you already own or replace a panel damaged in transit.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, conference and keynote backdrops, press walls and photo backdrops, retail and mall displays, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and lobby installations. No setup charge applies.
Priced Per Side — Order Two for Both Faces
This price covers one panel. The 10' x 8' wall kit takes a graphic on each face, so order two if you are replacing both sides.
For most exhibitors one is enough: the front face is what visitors see and what takes the handling, so refreshing that panel alone renews the whole backdrop.
Ten Feet Fills the Standard Booth
Ten by eight is the size most trade show booths are laid out around, so a new panel restores a backdrop that fills your allotted width without spilling into a neighbour's space.
Almost all of the cost of that display sits in the frame and case — the parts that do not date — which is what makes a graphic-only order so much cheaper than a new wall.
Silicone Edge Graphics Install by Hand
The silicone strip sewn into the panel edge presses into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware behind a flush, frameless face. No tools required.
Printed on premium polyester by dye sublimation, the panel tensions taut across the full width so packing creases relax out and the artwork stays crisp and wrinkle free.
Fits BL807 and PM807 Wall Kits
This panel is cut for our 10' x 8' SEG fabric wall frames, BL807 and PM807. It is not a universal graphic — confirm your frame model and size before ordering.
