Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Frontlit SEG Fabric Wall Kit — 8'W x 8'H, One Side, No Setup Charge
A single dye-sublimated silicone edge panel for our 8' x 8' frontlit SEG fabric wall, printed one side. Hardware is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a panel that has been marked up on the road.
Ideal for trade show backwalls, conference and event backdrops, press walls and photo backdrops, retail and mall displays, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and lobby installations. No setup charge applies.
Priced Per Side — Order Two for Both Faces
This price covers one panel. The 8' x 8' wall kit takes a graphic on each face, so order two if you are replacing both sides.
Ordering a single side is often the point, though — the front face takes the wear and the attention, and refreshing just that panel is the cheapest way to make the whole wall look new.
SEG Binding Sits Flush in the Channel
A silicone strip sewn into the panel edge presses into the channel around the frame, hiding all hardware and graphic edges behind a flush, frameless printed face.
Fitting is done by hand with no tools, so a changeover between shows takes minutes rather than a workshop visit.
Premium Polyester, Wrinkle-Free Finish
Printed on premium polyester by dye sublimation, with the ink bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface — nothing cracks, flakes, or peels with repeated packing.
The fabric stretches taut across the full eight feet, so packing creases relax out as it tensions and the wall reads flat and seamless.
Fits BL806 and PM806 Wall Kits
This panel is cut for our 8' x 8' SEG fabric wall frames, BL806 and PM806. It is not a universal graphic — confirm your frame model and size before ordering. Replacing panels costs a fraction of a complete new wall.
