Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 15'W Straight Wall Tension Fabric — Velcro Back, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated tension fabric graphic for our 15' straight pop-up wall, roughly 180" wide by 90" high, printed single sided with hook-and-loop backing and no end caps. Hardware is not included.
Ideal for trade show backwalls, conference and event backdrops, press walls and photo backdrops, retail and mall displays, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and lobby installations. No setup charge applies.
A Flat Fifteen-Foot Face for Bold Artwork
Without end caps the print is one uninterrupted front face — fifteen feet of flat canvas with nothing wrapping around the edges to crop a headline or clip a logo.
It is the simpler and more economical of the two options, and the better one when your booth backs onto a wall or a neighbour and the sides are never seen.
Velcro Backing Makes Changeovers Effortless
The panel presses onto the assembled frame with hook-and-loop backing — no tools, no clips, nothing to misplace between shows.
Peel the old graphic off, press the new one on, and the wall carries a different campaign in minutes. Hold two panels for one frame and the artwork can follow the event.
Premium Tension Fabric Resists Wrinkling
Printed on premium tension fabric by dye sublimation, with ink bonded into the fibres rather than laid on the surface — nothing to crack or peel, and soft enough to fold into a case.
The material pulls taut across the full width and relaxes packing creases as it tensions, so a panel that travelled folded still looks flat on the stand.
Purpose-Fitted to the PM796 Wall
This graphic is cut for our 15' straight wall frame, PM796. It is not a universal panel — confirm your frame model before ordering, and note that this version does not include wrap end caps.
