Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 15' Straight Wall Tension Fabric — With Wrap End Caps, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated tension fabric graphic for our 15' straight pop-up wall, roughly 180" wide by 90" high, printed single sided and supplied with wrap end caps. Hardware is not included — order it to rebrand a wall you already own or replace a panel that has been marked up on the road.
Ideal for trade show backwalls, conference and event backdrops, press walls and photo backdrops, retail and mall displays, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and lobby installations. No setup charge applies.
Wrap End Caps Finish the Sides
The end caps carry the print around the sides of the frame, so the wall reads as a finished three-dimensional structure rather than a flat panel with visible aluminum at each edge.
That matters most when your booth is on a corner or an aisle end, where visitors approach from the side before they ever see the front face.
Velcro Backing Installs by Hand
The graphic attaches with hook-and-loop backing directly to the assembled frame — no tools, no clips, and nothing to lose in a case.
It also means changeovers are quick: peel the old panel off, press the new one on, and the wall carries a different message in a few minutes.
Tension Fabric Hangs Taut
Printed on premium tension fabric by dye sublimation, with the ink bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface — nothing cracks or peels, and the fabric stays soft enough to fold into a case.
The material resists wrinkling and pulls flat across fifteen feet, so packing creases relax out as the panel goes up rather than sitting in the artwork all show.
Purpose-Fitted to the PM796-10 Wall
This graphic is cut for our 15' straight wall frame, PM796-10. It is not a universal panel — confirm your frame model before ordering. Replacing only the graphic costs a fraction of a complete new wall.
