Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Replacement Graphics for 20'W x 8'H EuroFit Tension Fabric Wall — Double Sided, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated slip-on cover for our 20' wide EuroFit tension fabric wall, printed on both sides. Hardware is not included — order it to rebrand a wall you already own, or to retire a cover that has been marked up on the road.
Ideal for large trade show backwalls, conference and keynote backdrops, press walls and step-and-repeat photo backdrops, retail and mall displays, showrooms, and lobby installations. No setup charge applies.
Twenty Feet Refreshed for a Fraction of the Cost
A 20' wall is the largest and most expensive display most exhibitors own, and almost all of that cost sits in the frame, feet, and case — the parts that do not date.
Replacing only the printed cover gets you an entirely new backwall at a fraction of a complete unit, and lets you hold two covers for one frame so the artwork can follow the event.
Slip-On Pillowcase Style, Tool Free
The cover is sewn pillowcase-style: the assembled frame slides inside and a zip closes the base. No clips, no tools, and no stretching panel by panel across twenty feet.
Two people can change the graphic in minutes, which on a wall this size is the difference between a booth reset and a rebuild.
Double-Sided Reaches Two-Way Traffic
Both faces print full colour and the two sides do not have to match — brand on one, product or bilingual copy on the other.
On a wall long enough to divide a space, the reverse face is rarely against a wall for the whole show, so printing it is rarely wasted.
Purpose-Fitted to the PM795 Wall
This cover is cut for our 20' EuroFit tension fabric wall, PM795. It is not a universal graphic — the fit is specific to that frame, which is what allows the premium polyester knit to tension flat with no sag, pucker, or visible seam.
