Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 15'W x 8'H EuroFit Tension Fabric Wall — Double Sided, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated slip-on cover for our 15' wide EuroFit tension fabric wall, printed on both sides. Hardware is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a cover that has been marked up by a season of shows.
Ideal for trade show backwalls, conference and event backdrops, retail and mall displays, press walls and step-and-repeat photo backdrops, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and lobby installations. No setup charge applies.
Pillowcase Cover, On in Minutes
The cover is sewn pillowcase-style: the assembled frame slides inside and a zip closes the base. No tools, no clips, no stretching panel by panel.
Because the graphic goes on and off the frame in minutes, swapping to a different campaign between shows is a job for booth staff, not a workshop.
Different Artwork on Each Side
Both faces print full colour, and the two sides do not have to match — run brand and product, or English and French, on one wall.
That is worth having whenever the wall is seen from behind as well as in front, such as an island booth or a wall dividing two aisles.
Knit Fabric Stretches Perfectly Smooth
The premium polyester knit stretches over the frame under even tension, so the printed face pulls flat with no sag, no pucker at the corners, and no visible seams.
Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres rather than laying it on the surface, so colours stay saturated, the fabric stays soft, and packing creases fall out as the cover tensions.
Purpose-Fitted to the PM794 Wall
This cover is cut for our 15' EuroFit tension fabric wall, PM794. It is not a universal graphic — the fit is specific to that frame, which is what produces the taut, seamless finish. Replacing only the cover costs a fraction of a complete new wall.
