Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Frontlit SEG Fabric Wall Kit — 10'W x 8'H, Includes 2 Single-Sided Graphics, No Setup Charge
A complete 10' x 8' SEG backwall: lightweight aluminum frame, two single-sided dye-sublimated premium polyester graphics with silicone edge binding, and a wheeled soft carry case. Tool-free assembly, no setup charge.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, exhibition stands, conference stages, media walls and step-and-repeat backdrops, retail and mall installations, showrooms, lobbies, and recruitment fairs.
Fills a Standard Ten-Foot Booth
Ten feet is the standard booth width at most shows, so this wall spans the back of your space edge to edge as one uninterrupted tensioned surface — no panel joins, no visible rails, no border.
A full-width backdrop is what separates a stand that looks specified from one assembled out of parts, and it gives you the maximum printed area your booth allows.
Two Graphics Included
The kit ships with two single-sided panels. Run the same artwork front and back, carry a different message on each face, or keep the second panel for the next campaign.
You own two graphics for one frame from the first order — and further panels are available separately whenever the message changes.
Frameless Finish Looks Professionally Installed
The silicone strip sewn into each panel edge presses into the channel around the frame, tensioning the fabric flush to the edge and concealing every piece of hardware behind the print.
Printed on premium stretch polyester by dye sublimation, the panels hold saturated colour, stay soft, and pull their travel creases out as they tension into place.
Tool-Free Setup, Wheeled Case Included
The aluminum frame pushes together by hand — no tools, no loose fixings — and the whole kit packs into the included wheeled soft case, so a ten-foot backwall rolls from the vehicle to the booth instead of being carried.
