Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Frontlit SEG Fabric Wall Kit — 8'W x 8'H, Includes 2 Single-Sided Graphics, No Setup Charge
A complete 8' x 8' SEG backwall: lightweight aluminum frame, two single-sided dye-sublimated premium polyester graphics with silicone edge binding, and a wheeled soft carry case. Tool-free assembly, no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show backwalls, exhibition stands, conference stages, media walls and step-and-repeat backdrops, retail and mall installations, showrooms, lobbies, and recruitment fairs.
An Eight-Foot Seamless Backdrop
The graphic tensions across the full width as one uninterrupted surface — no panel joins, no visible rails, no border. It anchors a booth the way a painted wall would.
Eight by eight suits a compact booth or a stage backdrop where a ten-foot wall would crowd the space, and it doubles as a clean photo background for press and social content.
Two Graphics Included
The kit ships with two single-sided panels. Run the same artwork front and back, put a different message on each face, or hold the second as a spare for the campaign after this one.
Either way you own two graphics for one frame from the first order, which is where most of the value in an SEG system sits.
Premium Polyester, Tool-Free Setup
The panels are dye-sublimated onto premium stretch polyester — ink bonded into the fibres, so colour stays saturated and nothing on the surface can crack or peel. Tensioning into the frame pulls travel creases out on setup.
The aluminum frame pushes together by hand with no tools and no loose fixings, so any member of booth staff can build the wall without a rigging crew.
Wheeled Case Eases Load-In
A wheeled soft carry case is included, so a full backwall rolls from the vehicle to the booth rather than being carried — which is the difference between a one-person load-in and a two-person one.
