Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner Stand — 40" x 80", Bag Included, No Setup Charge
A complete 40" x 80" SEG banner stand: lightweight aluminum frame, a single-sided dye-sublimated premium polyester graphic with silicone edge binding, and a carry bag. It assembles without tools and arrives with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and seminars, retail and mall promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, recruitment fairs, and open houses.
The Frameless Look Reads as Installed
A silicone strip sewn into the graphic edge presses into the channel around the frame, so the fabric sits tensioned flush to the edge with no visible hardware, no border, and no rails crossing the artwork.
The result looks built into the space rather than propped up in it — the reason SEG displays have largely replaced pole-and-pocket banners at professional shows.
Premium Polyester Stays Wrinkle-Free
The graphic is dye-sublimated onto premium stretch polyester, with the ink bonded into the fibres rather than laid on the surface. Colours stay saturated, the fabric stays soft, and nothing cracks or peels with repeated packing.
Because the panel is tensioned into the frame it pulls its own creases out on setup, so a graphic that has been folded in a bag hangs flat within minutes.
Tool-Free Aluminum Frame
The frame is lightweight aluminum that pushes together by hand — no tools, no fixings to lose, no instructions to hunt for.
One person can put the display up and take it down, which is what matters when setup happens in a loading bay half an hour before doors open.
Carry Bag Included, Graphics Replaceable
A carry bag is included for travel and storage between shows. Because the graphic tucks out of the frame as easily as it went in, the same stand can carry new artwork each season — buy the hardware once and order panels as campaigns change.
