Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Premium Polyester Tension Fabric
The cover is printed on premium polyester tension fabric that pulls taut and wrinkle-free over the frame for a smooth, professional finish every time it is installed.
The fabric is flame retardant, which matters at many convention centres, universities, and indoor venues. For exceptionally bright or backlit rooms, our Superior Block-Out version of this wall is the better fit.
Tool-Free Pop-Up Frame
The graphic panels are pre-attached to the frame with hook-and-loop, so you expand the durable, lightweight aluminum pop-up frame and the display is finished. No tools, no loose parts.
Setup and breakdown take minutes and require no technical skill, and the included padded carry case protects both the frame and the graphic between events.
