For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below. You can also upload artwork or request a virtual sample directly through our online forms.

Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Large Artwork Files
If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.
Simply paste your file-sharing link into the Artwork Upload form, along with your company name and purchase order number.

1-Year Product Hardware Warranty
FIEL provides a one-year parts and labor warranty on eligible product hardware against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the 1-Year Product Hardware Warranty.

What Is Covered?
The standard warranty is a one-year parts and labor warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear

Twenty feet of uninterrupted branding with no setup charge: a lightweight aluminum frame wrapped in a full-colour, double-sided pillowcase graphic for a clean, frameless look.
Ideal for trade show backdrops, media walls, press conferences, photo backdrops, corporate events, retail environments, offices, and streaming backgrounds.
No Setup Charge
There is no art setup fee — the price covers full-colour graphics on both sides, keeping costs predictable for budget programs and reorders.
Full-Colour, Double-Sided Graphics
The pillowcase cover is dye-sublimated edge to edge on premium polyester and viewable from front and back, ideal for open layouts and island booths.
Each side can carry different artwork, such as a step-and-repeat and a hero image or sponsor wall.

Premium polyester tension fabric stretches smooth and wrinkle-free over the frame.
The cover is machine washable and packs flat. For very bright venues, our Superior Block-Out version is the better fit.
