Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

20'W x 8'H EuroFit Tension Fabric Straight Wall Display Kit — Double-Sided Graphics, No Setup Charge
Twenty feet of uninterrupted branding, with no setup charge on your artwork. This EuroFit tension fabric straight wall wraps a lightweight aluminum frame in a full-colour, double-sided pillowcase graphic for a clean, frameless look that dominates a booth or a room.
Ideal for trade show backdrops, media walls, press conferences, interviews, photo backdrops, corporate events, receptions, retail environments, offices, and Zoom or streaming backgrounds.
No Setup Charge
There is no art setup fee on this kit — the quoted price covers your full-colour graphics on both sides, which keeps the total landed cost predictable and makes this an easy option for budget-driven programs, one-off events, and quick reorders.
Full-Colour, Double-Sided Graphics
The pillowcase-style cover is dye-sublimated edge to edge on premium polyester and is viewable from both the front and the back of the display, so nothing is wasted in open floor layouts or island booths.
Each side can carry entirely different artwork — step-and-repeat branding on one face, a photographic image, product message, or sponsor logo wall on the other. Logos, photography, patterns, and full-bleed colour fields are all supported.

Premium Polyester Fabric
Graphics are printed on premium polyester tension fabric that stretches smooth and wrinkle-free over the frame for a taut, professional finish.
The cover is machine washable and packs flat, so the same graphic can travel to show after show and still look sharp. If your venues are exceptionally bright or you need zero light-through, our Superior Block-Out version of this wall is the better fit.
Lightweight Aluminum Frame
The 20' wide x 8' high aluminum frame assembles without tools, and setup or breakdown takes only minutes from case to finished wall.
A padded carry case is included to protect the frame and graphic between events, and the hardware is covered by a one-year warranty for repeat-use confidence.
