Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Backlit LED Light Box SEG Floor Counter Kit — One Side, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated backlit SEG panel for our illuminated floor counter, cut to the 40" wide, 40" high, 14" deep body. Hardware is not included — order it to rebrand a lit counter you already own, or to replace a panel that has been marked up by a season of shows.
Ideal for trade show registration and check-in, retail and mall promotions, product demonstrations and sampling, hotel and airport service points, showrooms, and reception areas. No setup charge applies.
A Fresh Wrap Restores the Lit Podium
The frame, LEDs, and countertop are the durable parts of an illuminated counter; the printed panel is the part that dates. Replacing only the graphic gives you a counter that looks new for a fraction of a complete kit.
Keep two or three panels for one body and the counter can carry a different campaign to every event on the calendar.
Elite Backlit Fabric Glows Consistently
Printed on elite backlit fabric by dye sublimation, the panel diffuses LED light evenly across the face rather than showing bright bands where the lamps sit.
Colour stays saturated under illumination — the reason a purpose-made backlit material is used rather than an ordinary fabric print, which pales as soon as light passes through it.
SEG Binding Tucks Neatly Around the Body
The silicone strip sewn into the panel edge presses into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware behind a flush, frameless lit face. Fitting takes minutes by hand with no tools.
Priced Per Side, Fitted to LT829
This price covers one side only — order the sides you need to wrap the counter as displayed. The panel is cut specifically for our backlit LED light box floor counter kit, LT829, and is not a universal wrap.
