Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Backlit LED Light Box SEG Wall — 10'W x 8'H, One Side, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated backlit SEG panel covering a full 10' x 8' wall, made for the LT826 light box wall. Hardware is not included — order it to renew a lit backwall you already own with fresh artwork, or to replace a damaged panel.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, exhibition stands, conference stages, retail and mall installations, showrooms, lobbies and reception areas, and permanent illuminated displays. No setup charge applies.
Ten Feet of Seamless Illumination
Ten feet is the standard booth width at most shows, so this panel fills the back of your space edge to edge as one continuous lit surface with no seams cutting through the artwork.
A new graphic renews the whole wall, since on a backlit display the fabric is essentially all the visitor sees.
Backlit Fabric Holds Colour Under Light
Printed on elite backlit fabric by dye sublimation, the panel keeps colour saturated when lit from behind and spreads the LED output evenly across the full ten feet.
An ordinary fabric print would go pale and patchy the moment the display was switched on — the material here is made for the job.
Silicone Edge Binding, No Tools
The silicone strip sewn into the panel edge presses into the frame channel, hiding all hardware behind a flush, frameless face. Two people can fit a wall panel by hand in minutes during booth setup.
Priced Per Side, Fitted to LT826
This price covers one side only — order two if the wall is displayed double sided. The panel is cut specifically for our 10' x 8' backlit LED light box wall, LT826, and is not a universal graphic. Replacing the fabric costs a fraction of a new lit wall.
