Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Backlit LED Light Box SEG Wall — 8'W x 8'H, One Side, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated backlit SEG panel covering a full 8' x 8' wall, made for the LT824 light box wall. Hardware is not included — order it to put a new campaign on a lit backwall you already own, or to replace a panel that has been marked or damaged.
Ideal for trade show backwalls, exhibition stands, conference stages, retail and mall installations, showrooms, lobbies and reception areas, and permanent illuminated displays. No setup charge applies.
A Full Eight-Foot Backlit Wall
This is one continuous panel across the whole wall, not tiled sections, so the artwork reads as a single illuminated surface with no seams running through it.
On a lit backwall the fabric is effectively the entire visible product — which means a new panel does not refresh the display so much as replace it.
Elite Fabric Keeps Illumination Even
Printed on elite backlit fabric by dye sublimation, the panel diffuses LED light evenly across eight feet of width without banding or hot spots near the lamps.
Even illumination is harder to achieve at wall scale than on a small banner, which is exactly why the material is purpose-made for backlighting rather than an ordinary fabric print.
SEG Edge Tucks Into the Frame Channel
The silicone strip sewn into the panel edge presses into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware behind a flush, frameless lit face. It fits by hand in minutes with no tools.
Priced Per Side, Fitted to LT824
This price covers one side only — order two if the wall is displayed double sided. The panel is cut specifically for our 8' x 8' backlit LED light box wall, LT824, and is not a universal graphic. Replacing the fabric costs a fraction of a new lit wall.
