Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Backlit LED Light Box SEG Banner — 40" x 96", One Side, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated backlit SEG panel measuring 40" x 96", made for the LT823 light box banner. Hardware is not included — order it to refresh a tall lit display with new artwork, or to replace a panel that has been damaged in transit.
Ideal for trade show booths, retail and mall displays, showrooms, lobby and reception areas, airports, cinemas and restaurants, and permanent illuminated installations. No setup charge applies.
Eight Feet of Lit Height
At 96 inches the panel stands a full eight feet, putting the top of the artwork above the heads of the crowd rather than behind them — which is the whole point of choosing the tall light box in the first place.
A refreshed graphic restores that presence completely, since on a lit display the fabric is effectively the entire visible product.
Dye-Sublimated Fabric Diffuses Light Smoothly
Printed on elite backlit fabric with the ink bonded into the fibres, the panel spreads LED light evenly across its full height instead of showing hot spots or banding near the lamps.
Colour stays saturated under illumination — an ordinary print would look pale and washed the moment the display was switched on.
SEG Binding Installs Cleanly by Hand
The silicone edge sewn into the panel presses into the frame channel, hiding all hardware behind a flush, frameless face. It fits in minutes with no tools, so a swap can happen during booth setup.
Priced Per Side, Fitted to LT823
This price covers one side only — order two for a double-sided display. The panel is cut specifically for our 40" x 96" backlit LED light box banner, LT823, and is not a universal graphic. Replacing the fabric costs a fraction of a new lit display.
