Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Backlit LED Light Box SEG Banner — 40" x 80", One Side, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated backlit SEG panel measuring 40" x 80", made for the LT809 light box banner. Hardware is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a panel that has been marked up by a season of shows.
Ideal for trade show booths, retail and mall displays, showrooms, lobby and reception areas, airports, cinemas and restaurants, and permanent illuminated installations. No setup charge applies.
Elite Backlit Fabric, Evenly Lit
The panel is printed on elite backlit fabric by dye sublimation, so it diffuses the LED light smoothly across the whole face rather than showing bright bands where the lamps sit.
Purpose-made backlit material matters here — an ordinary fabric print washes out the moment light passes through it, while this holds saturated colour when illuminated.
Silicone Edge Binding Tucks In Flush
A silicone strip is sewn into the panel edge and presses into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware and graphic edges behind a flush, frameless lit face.
Installation takes minutes by hand with no tools, so the swap happens on site rather than in a workshop.
Priced Per Side — Order Two for a Double-Sided Display
This price covers one side only. If your light box is displayed double sided, or you want the same artwork facing both directions, order two.
Purpose-Fitted to LT809 Hardware
These graphics are cut for our 40" x 80" backlit LED light box banner, LT809. They are not a universal panel — the fit is specific to that frame, which is what produces the tensioned, seamless finish. A new graphic costs a fraction of a new lit display, so the frame and LEDs keep earning across campaigns.
