Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Backlit LED Light Box SEG Floor Counter Kit — 40"W x 40"H x 14"D, Bag Included, No Setup Charge
An illuminated counter: a backlit LED light box body measuring 40" wide, 40" high, and 14" deep, wrapped in dye-sublimated silicone edge graphics and finished with a black MDF countertop. Frame, graphics, lighting, top, and carry bag all arrive together, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show registration and check-in, retail and mall promotions, product demonstrations and sampling, hotel and airport service points, showrooms, reception areas, and permanent branded installations.
An Illuminated Counter Anchors the Booth
A lit counter behaves differently from a printed one. The glow reads as a light source rather than a graphic, which pulls attention across a hall in the way a backlit sign does and an unlit fixture never quite manages.
That makes it the natural focal point of a stand — the piece visitors walk toward before they have read a word of the artwork.
Even LED Light Through the Fabric
The graphic is printed on backlit polyester by dye sublimation, so the fabric diffuses the LED light evenly instead of showing bright bands where the lamps sit.
Colours stay saturated when lit from behind — the reason a purpose-made backlit fabric matters, since an ordinary print washes out the moment you put light through it.
Black MDF Top, Rated to 25 lbs
The included black MDF countertop supports up to 25 pounds, which covers a laptop, tablet stand, card reader, literature, or sample product.
It is a working surface for staff, not a display prop — the difference between needing one piece of furniture in your booth and needing two.
Plugs Into a Standard Outlet
The counter runs from a standard wall outlet with a simple on/off switch — no ballast, no controller, no venue electrician required beyond the socket you already have.
LEDs draw little power and run cool enough to stand beside all day, so the counter can stay lit for the length of a show.
Frameless Finish, Carry Bag Included
The silicone strip sewn into the graphic edge tucks into the channel around the frame, hiding all hardware behind a flush, frameless lit face. Fitting is done by hand in minutes with no tools.
A carry bag is included, and replacement graphics for this counter are available separately — so one lit body can carry new artwork each season rather than being replaced.
