Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Backlit LED Light Box SEG Floor Display Banner Kit — 40" x 80", No Setup Charge
A complete illuminated SEG floor display: LED-equipped aluminum frame, two printed single-sided graphics, and a soft carry case. Everything needed to put a lit, branded panel on the floor arrives in one order, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths and entrances, retail and mall promotions, hotel and airport signage, conference registration, cinema and theatre lobbies, showrooms, reception areas, and product launches.
Backlighting Changes How Colour Reads
LEDs built into the frame push light through the fabric from behind, so colours are transmitted rather than reflected. Saturated brand colours become luminous and dark areas keep their depth.
Because the light comes from within, the display does not depend on venue lighting to look its best — in dim halls or rooms lit for a stage, a lit panel holds its colour while printed signage around it goes flat.
LEDs Top and Bottom for Even Coverage
LED arrays run along both the top and bottom of the frame, lighting the fabric from two directions rather than one.
That two-sided layout is what keeps brightness consistent across the panel — avoiding the bright bands and dim centre that betray a cheaply lit box, and letting photographs and gradients reproduce properly on a backlit face.
Two Graphics Included
The kit includes two printed single-sided graphics, so you can run two different messages from day one — or hold a spare and keep the display working while one panel is being reprinted.
At 40" x 80" the panel stands at full human height, which suits a booth entrance, an aisle edge, or a doorway position where it is read from a few feet away.
Silicone Edge Graphics Swap in Minutes
A silicone strip sewn into the panel edge tucks into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware behind a flush, frameless printed face.
Changing the graphic takes only minutes, so one lit display can serve a rotating calendar of promotions at no further hardware cost.
Tool-Free Assembly and Transport
The lightweight aluminum frame assembles fully tool-free even with the lighting integrated, and a soft carry case is included to protect the frame and LED components between venues.
