Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for DP583 Premium Retractable Banner — 33.5" x 79", No Setup Charge
A new printed panel sized 33.5" x 79" for our DP583 premium retractable banner, produced on waterproof, scratch-resistant grey back PET film. Hardware and bag are not included — order it for a rebrand, a new campaign, or to retire a panel that has picked up damage on the road.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, recruitment fairs, and open houses. No setup charge applies.
Built for Repeated Rolling
A retractable graphic is wound into its cassette and pulled back out at every single event, so the surface takes more handling than any other kind of display panel.
This film is scratch resistant for exactly that reason: the marks that accumulate along the rolled edge of a softer print are what usually make a banner look tired long before the artwork is out of date.
Waterproof for Damp Venues
The material is waterproof, so it tolerates humid halls, marquees, entrance lobbies in wet weather, and the inevitable spilled drink at a reception without cockling or staining.
Anti-Reflective Under Spotlights
The anti-reflective finish keeps the panel evenly readable under spotlights and overhead venue lighting rather than bouncing a bright patch back at whoever is standing in front of it.
Printed on a bright white base, the film also holds contrast well — clean whites, separated mid-tones, and small type that stays sharp.
Grey Back Film, 98% Opacity
The grey backing layer gives 98% opacity, so light from behind does not pass through and nothing on the far side of the stand shadows into the graphic.
Purpose-Fitted to the DP583 Base
This panel is cut and finished to fit the DP583 cassette and rail. It is not a universal banner — confirm your stand model before ordering.
