Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for DP652 Deluxe Wide Base Retractable Banner — 33.5" x 79", No Setup Charge
A new printed panel sized 33.5" x 79" for our DP652 deluxe wide base retractable banner, produced on waterproof, scratch-resistant grey back PET film. Hardware and bag are not included — order it for a rebrand, a new campaign, or to replace a panel that has been marked up in transit.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and seminars, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, recruitment fairs, and open houses. No setup charge applies.
Waterproof and Scratch Resistant
The material is waterproof and resists scratching — the two things that actually retire a retractable panel, since the graphic is pulled out, pushed back, and dragged past door frames at every event.
It also tolerates damp venues and outdoor-adjacent spaces where a paper-based print would cockle or stain.
Anti-Reflective, Bright White Finish
The anti-reflective surface stops spotlights and overhead lighting from blowing out a band of the panel, and the bright white base lifts contrast across the whole graphic.
Whites stay clean, mid-tones stay separated, and small type holds its edge instead of going muddy under venue light.
Grey Back Film, 98% Opacity
A grey backing layer delivers 98% opacity, so light from behind stays behind and nothing on the far side of the stand ghosts into the artwork — worth having on a display that often ends up in front of a window or a lit backdrop.
Purpose-Fitted to the DP652 Base
This panel is cut and finished to fit the DP652 cassette and rail. It is not a universal banner — confirm your stand model before ordering. Replacing the graphic rather than the whole unit is the economical way to keep the message current on hardware you already own.
