Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for DP788 Tripod Banner — 33.5" x 80", Anti-Reflective, No Setup Charge
A new printed panel sized 33.5" x 80" for our DP788 tripod banner stand, produced on anti-reflective grey back PET film. Hardware and bag are not included — order it for a rebrand, a new campaign, or to retire a panel that has picked up damage on the road.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and keynotes, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and open houses. No setup charge applies.
The Larger Format Carries More Detail
At 33.5" x 80" this is the biggest panel in the tripod range, with room for a headline, supporting copy, and a product image together rather than a logo and a line.
The extra height also lifts the top of the artwork above standing head height, so the panel still reads across a busy room.
Anti-Reflective, Photographs Cleanly
The finish suppresses reflections, so spotlights and overhead lighting do not blow out a section of the panel and leave a bright band across your message.
That makes it the safer choice when the display will appear on camera — behind a speaker, in a photo backdrop, or in social content shot on the stand.
Opaque Grey Backing Stops Show-Through
The grey back film gives 98% opacity, so light from behind stays behind. Nothing on the far side of the stand ghosts into the artwork, and colours stay dense on a panel that is frequently positioned in the open rather than against a wall.
Purpose-Fitted to the DP788 Stand
This panel is cut and finished for our DP788 tripod banner and prints on a bright white base for maximum colour contrast. It is not a universal graphic — confirm your stand model before ordering.
