Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for DP787 Tripod Banner — 32" x 72", Anti-Reflective, No Setup Charge
A new printed panel sized 32" x 72" for our DP787 tripod banner stand, produced on anti-reflective grey back PET film. Hardware and bag are not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a panel that has been marked up in transit.
Ideal for retail promotions, trade show booths, conferences and seminars, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, recruitment fairs, and open houses. No setup charge applies.
Anti-Reflective Finish, No Distracting Glare
The surface is finished to kill reflections, so overhead venue lighting and spotlights do not bounce off the panel and wash out the section of artwork a visitor happens to be standing in front of.
It also photographs cleanly, which matters if the display appears behind staff in event photos or on camera for interviews and social content.
Grey Back Film, 98% Opacity
A grey backing layer on the PET film delivers 98% opacity, so light from behind does not pass through and nothing on the far side of the stand shadows into your artwork.
On a tripod stand that matters especially — the panel is often placed away from a wall, in the open, with light coming from both sides.
Bright White Base Sharpens Colour
The film prints on a bright white base rather than an off-white one, which lifts contrast across the whole panel: whites stay clean, mid-tones stay separated, and small type holds its edge instead of going muddy.
Purpose-Fitted to the DP787 Stand
This panel is cut and finished for our DP787 tripod banner. It is not a universal graphic — confirm your stand model before ordering. Replacing the panel rather than the whole unit is the economical way to keep a current message on hardware you already own.
