Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tripod X-Banner with Graphics — 33.5" x 80", Stand and Carry Bag Included
The largest X-banner in the range: a 33.5" x 80" printed graphic on anti-reflective grey back film, a tripod X-frame tensioned by the corner grommets, and an econo carry bag. No setup charge.

More Room for Visual Detail
At 33.5" by 80" this is the biggest panel in the X-banner range — room for a headline, supporting copy, and a product image without any of them competing for space.
The extra height also lifts the top of the graphic above standing head level, so it still reads across a busy floor.
Stands Steady on Any Floor
The tripod design gives a stable stance on carpet, tile, or concrete with nothing to lean against and no weighted base to place.
Corner grommets hook to the frame and tension the panel in both directions, so a graphic this size still hangs flat rather than bowing.
Opaque Backing Prevents Show-Through
The grey back film gives 98% opacity, so background light and clutter behind the display do not read through the artwork.
On the largest panel that matters most — there is simply more surface for show-through to spoil.
Anti-Reflective, Bright White Base
An anti-reflective finish stops the panel flaring under spotlights, and a bright white print base sharpens contrast so colour stays punchy and detail stays legible. Replacement graphics are available separately.
