Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tripod X-Banner with Graphics — 32" x 72", Stand and Carry Bag Included
A complete X-banner in the mid size: a 32" x 72" printed graphic on anti-reflective grey back film, a tripod X-frame that tensions it by the corner grommets, and an econo carry bag. No setup charge.
Ideal for retail floors and store entrances, trade show booths, conference registration, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, recruitment fairs, and grand openings.
Six Feet of Standing Presence
At 32" by 72" the banner reads as a proper standing display rather than a counter sign — the graphic sits at eye level and holds a position on a retail floor or in a booth.
It is the general-purpose size in the X-banner range: enough print area for a headline and an image, on a footprint that still tucks into a corner.
Sets Up Almost Anywhere
The tripod frame stands unaided on any floor — no wall to lean against, no weighted base to position, nothing to bolt down.
Corner grommets hook to the frame and pull the panel taut in both directions, so it hangs flat with no curl. Setup takes a couple of minutes and it collapses into the included bag.
Anti-Reflective Under Bright Lights
The film has an anti-reflective finish, so the panel reads cleanly under retail spotlights and overhead hall lighting instead of flaring.
A bright white print base sharpens colour contrast and keeps fine detail and small type legible.
Grey Back Film, 98% Opacity
The grey backing layer delivers 98% opacity, so background light and clutter do not show through the artwork. Replacement graphics for this stand are available separately, so the frame carries a new message each campaign.
