Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Deluxe Wide Base Retractable Pull Up Banner with Double Sided Graphics — 33.5" x 79", No Setup Charge
A complete double-sided retractable on our deluxe wide base: two 33.5" x 79" printed panels on anti-reflective grey back film, wide aluminum base, telescopic pole, and a padded carry case. No setup charge.
Ideal for island trade show booths, mall concourses, open retail floors, conference registration, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, and any position approached from both directions.
Two Messages From One Footprint
A double-sided banner does the work of two displays on the floor space of one — and takes up one slot in the van rather than two.
Run the same artwork on both faces for consistency, or split them: brand and offer to the aisle, product detail or wayfinding facing the other way.
The Wide Base Carries the Extra Load
Two graphic panels mean more material and more weight than a single-sided unit, so the wider, heavier deluxe base is the right pairing.
It holds the banner steady in open traffic without needing anything to brace against, which is what allows it to stand in the middle of a floor at all.
Anti-Reflective Both Sides
Both panels carry the anti-reflective finish, so neither face flares under spotlights — and on an island position one of them is always catching light from an awkward angle.
A bright white print base sharpens contrast on both faces, keeping detail and small type legible from either approach.
Grey Back Film, 98% Opacity
The grey backing gives each panel 98% opacity, so the two faces stay independent — no artwork ghosting from one side through to the other, and no background light reading through either.
Quick Setup, Padded Case Included
Pull up, seat the pole, and it stands — one person, no tools, under a minute. The graphics retract into the base for transit, and the padded case protects the base and cassette between uses.
