Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tripod X-Banner with Graphics — 23" x 64", Stand and Carry Bag Included
A complete compact X-banner: a 23" x 64" printed graphic on anti-reflective grey back film, a tripod X-frame that holds it taut by the corner grommets, and an econo carry bag. Quick to set up, with no setup charge.
Ideal for retail counters and store entrances, tight corners and aisle ends, clinic and office receptions, conference registration, sampling tables, showrooms, and pop-up shops where floor space is limited.
The Format That Fits Anywhere
At 23" wide this is the compact size in the X-banner range — it stands in a doorway, beside a till, in the gap between a counter and a wall, or anywhere a full display would block a route.
The tripod frame stands unaided on any floor with nothing to brace it against and no base to weigh down.
Corner Grommets Hold It Taut
Grommets in each corner of the graphic hook onto the X-frame, pulling the panel tight in both directions so it reads flat with no curl or wave.
Setup and takedown take a couple of minutes by hand, and the frame collapses flat into the included bag.
Anti-Reflective, Bright White Base
The graphic is printed on film with an anti-reflective finish, so it does not throw back glare under retail spotlights or overhead venue lighting.
A bright white print base sharpens colour contrast, which is what keeps small type and fine detail legible at close range.
Grey Back Film, 98% Opacity
A grey backing layer gives the panel 98% opacity, so light and background clutter behind the banner do not show through the artwork — worth having on a display that often stands in front of a window or a lit aisle. Replacement graphics for this stand are available separately.
