For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below. You can also upload artwork or request a virtual sample directly through our online forms.

Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.

An unprinted replacement canopy for our 10' x 20' tent frame (frame not included) — restore a large tent whose top has faded, torn, or stained, or add a clean spare to save the printed canopy.
Ideal for sporting events, festivals and markets, races, parking lot promotions, school and community events, staff and volunteer shade, and long working days.

The frame is the durable, expensive half of a tent; the canopy lives in the sun. A new top brings a tired 10' x 20' unit back to service for a fraction of a full kit.
Blank Suits Any Event
An unprinted canopy suits shade, first aid, registration, and staff tents, never dates, and pairs with a printed top on the same frame for public-facing days.
Built for Repeated Outdoor Use
The canopy is produced from premium polyester engineered for event service, with reinforced stitching at the corners and other high-stress points — the places that fail first on a top that lives outdoors.
The material is water resistant against rain, snow, and wind-blown moisture, and covers a wide 10' x 20' footprint where a canopy sees more wind load than a 10' x 10' ever will.
Check the Frame Size Before Ordering
This canopy is cut for a 10' x 20' frame only. Tent tops are not interchangeable between sizes, so confirm your frame measures 10' x 20' before ordering.
