Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

10' Tent Canopy Only — Blank, Hardware Frame Not Included
An unprinted 10' x 10' replacement canopy, sold on its own. This is the order for a tent whose top has worn out, faded, or torn, and for anyone who wants a clean neutral canopy rather than a branded one.
Ideal for outdoor markets and festivals, sporting events, parking lot and sidewalk promotions, sampling stations, school and community events, staff and volunteer shade, and back-of-house areas where branding is not the point.
Replaces a Worn Top, Keeps the Frame
The frame is the expensive, long-lived part of a tent; the canopy is what takes the sun, the rain, and the folding. Replacing the top alone gets a serviceable tent back for a fraction of a new kit.
It is also worth holding as a spare. A frame with no usable canopy is a tent you cannot put up, and a spare top means one damaged canopy does not cost you the event.
Standard Ten-Foot Span
The canopy is cut for a standard 10' x 10' frame, the most common footprint at outdoor shows, markets, and sporting events.
Confirm the span of your frame before ordering — tent tops are size-specific, and a 10' canopy will not tension correctly on a frame built for another footprint.
Neutral Finish Works With Any Branding
Blank means the canopy carries no logo, no print, and no dated campaign artwork, so it works alongside whatever branding you are running this season.
It is also the practical choice for shade and utility positions — first aid, staff rest, storage, food service — where a branded top would be wasted or, worse, misleading.
Frame Sold Separately
This price covers the canopy only. Tent frames, walls, cases, and stake kits are available separately, and printed canopies are offered as their own items if you decide to brand the tent later.
