Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Backlit LED Light Box SEG Counter / Podium Kit — Hardware and Bag Only
An illuminated SEG counter that works as a podium, welcome desk, or demo station — roughly 40" wide and 40" high with a 14" countertop, lit from within by LEDs built into the frame. Graphics are not included.
Ideal for trade show registration, conference check-in, retail and mall promotions, product sampling and demonstrations, hotel and airport service desks, showrooms, and reception areas.
A Working Surface That Also Advertises
A counter is where visitors actually stop — to register, ask a question, sample a product, or hand over a card. Lighting the front panel turns that necessary furniture into the brightest branded surface in your space.
Because the illumination comes from inside the display, the counter front stays legible in dim halls and under uneven house lighting, where an ordinary printed counter wrap simply disappears.
LEDs Top and Bottom, Plugs Into Any Outlet
LED arrays are built into both the top and bottom of the frame, lighting the graphic from two directions for even coverage across the panel rather than a bright band at one end.
An on/off switch is built in and the unit plugs into any standard outlet — no ballast, no specialty power, and no waiting on an electrical order to see whether it works.
MDF Countertop, Rated to 25 lbs
The hardware includes a black MDF countertop that supports up to 25 pounds — enough for a laptop, a tablet stand, literature, sample product, or a card reader.
That makes it a genuine work surface for staff rather than a display prop, which is the difference between one piece of furniture in your booth and two.
Silicone Edge Graphics Swap in Minutes
A silicone strip sewn into the panel edge tucks into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware behind a flush, frameless printed face.
Panels change in minutes, so one counter carries new artwork for each promotion, season, or event. Need the frame and graphic together? The complete kit is available as LT829.
Tool-Free Assembly and Transport
The aluminum frame assembles fully tool-free even with the lighting and countertop integrated, and a carry bag is included to protect the frame and LED components between venues.
