For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below. You can also upload artwork or request a virtual sample directly through our online forms.

Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Large Artwork Files
If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.

1-Year Product Hardware Warranty
FIEL provides a one-year parts and labor warranty on eligible product hardware against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the 1-Year Product Hardware Warranty.

The standard warranty is a one-year parts and labor warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.

Backlit LED Light Box SEG Floor Display Wall Kit — Hardware Only, 10'W x 8'H
The illuminated SEG wall frame sized to a standard inline booth — ten feet of lit brand presence, with LED lighting built into the structure. Graphics are not included, making this the right order for teams who already hold SEG panels or intend to re-skin one frame show after show.
Ideal for 10' x 10' trade show booths, media walls, press conferences, interviews, photo and video backdrops, conference stages, retail feature walls, reception areas, and permanent office branding.
Built to the Standard Booth Width
Ten feet fills a standard inline booth with one continuous lit graphic, and two frames join into a 20-foot run for a double booth.
Backlighting Changes How Colour Reads
Built-in LEDs make colours glow rather than reflect — in a hall of printed backdrops, a lit wall is noticed first, even under dim lighting.
Silicone Edge Graphics, Seamless Finish
A silicone strip sewn into the panel edge tucks into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware and graphic edges behind a flush, frameless printed face.
Changing the graphic takes only minutes, so one lit frame serves a rotating calendar of shows. The complete kit with graphic is LT826.
Tool-Free Assembly and Transport
The aluminum frame assembles tool-free despite the integrated lighting, so no hired labour is needed, and a 600 denier polyester soft case protects the frame and LEDs in transit.
