Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Backlit LED Light Box SEG Floor Display Wall Kit — Hardware Only, 8'W x 8'H
An eight-by-eight illuminated SEG wall — a full lit backdrop rather than a single panel, with LED lighting built into the top and bottom of the frame. Graphics are not included, so this is the order for teams who already hold SEG panels or plan to re-skin one frame from show to show.
Ideal for trade show booths, media walls, press conferences, interviews, photo and video backdrops, conference stages, retail feature walls, reception areas, and permanent office branding.
A Lit Wall, Not a Lit Sign
At eight feet square the illuminated surface is large enough to sit behind people — a speaker, an interview subject, a product — and still read as the dominant element in frame.
Because the light comes from within the display, the wall does not depend on venue lighting to look its best. In dim halls, uneven house light, or rooms lit for the stage rather than the booth, a backlit wall holds its colour while printed backdrops around it go flat.
LEDs Top and Bottom for Even Coverage
LED arrays are built into both the top and bottom rails, lighting the fabric from two directions rather than one.
Across a surface this wide, that two-sided layout is what keeps brightness consistent from edge to edge — avoiding the hot bands and dim centre that betray a cheaply lit box, and letting photographs and gradients reproduce properly on the panel.
Silicone Edge Graphics, Seamless Finish
A silicone strip sewn into the panel edge tucks into the channel around the frame, hiding all hardware and graphic edges behind a flush, frameless printed face.
Swapping panels takes minutes, so one lit wall can carry a different message to every event on your calendar without touching the hardware budget. Need the frame and graphic together? The complete kit is available as LT824.
Tool-Free Assembly and Transport
The aluminum frame assembles fully tool-free despite the integrated lighting, so a wall this size still goes up without hired labour — worth noting at venues where union install time is billable.
A soft carry case made from 600 denier polyester is included to protect the frame and LED components in transit and storage, which matters for a display with electronics inside.
