Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner Stand — Hardware and Bag Only, 40" x 96"
The aluminum frame and carry bag for our 40" x 96" frontlit SEG fabric banner stand — the eight-foot-tall version of this format. Graphics are not included, so this is the order for teams who already hold SEG panels or plan to re-skin one frame across many campaigns.
Ideal for trade show booths, hotel and convention centre foyers, retail and showroom displays, conference stages, lobbies, and offices with high ceilings.
Eight Feet of Vertical Presence
The extra sixteen inches over the 80" version is not a small difference in practice. At ninety-six inches the top of the panel sits well above standing eye level, so your message clears the heads of a crowd and stays readable from down the aisle.
Design for that height: put the logo and headline in the top third where sightlines are clear, and leave detail copy lower for visitors who have already walked up.
Silicone Edge Graphics
A silicone strip sewn into the edge of the fabric panel tucks into a channel around the frame, hiding every graphic edge and fastener.
Nothing interrupts the printed surface — no clips, no hems, no exposed rails. The frameless finish is what separates an SEG display from a standard banner at close range.
Tool-Free Aluminum Assembly
The aluminum extrusion frame pushes together without tools and holds tension evenly across a taller panel, which is where a weaker frame would flex or lean.
A soft carry case is included, and the frame breaks down small enough for repeat travel rather than one-time installation. Graphics for this size are stocked as PM804 and BB804, with the complete kit available under those codes.
Swap Graphics, Keep the Frame
Because the panel tucks in and out in minutes, one frame can carry a different graphic to every event. That is the long-term saving on SEG hardware: you replace printed fabric, not the display.
