Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner Stand — Hardware and Bag Only, 40" x 80"
The aluminum frame and carry bag for our 40" x 80" frontlit SEG fabric banner stand. Graphics are not included — order this if you already have SEG fabric panels, or if you want one frame you can re-skin for every campaign.
Ideal for trade show entries, lobby and reception areas, retail displays, conference wayfinding, showrooms, and offices.
Silicone Edge Graphics — the Seamless Finish
SEG stands for silicone edge graphics: a thin silicone strip sewn into the perimeter of the fabric panel tucks into a channel that runs around the frame.
The result is a graphic that sits perfectly flush with the frame edge with no visible hardware, clips, or hems — the frameless, gallery-style look that reads as premium next to a conventional banner stand.
40" x 80" Format
At forty inches wide and eighty inches high, this is the entry-display proportion — wide enough for a headline and image, tall enough to read from across a room, and narrow enough to flank a doorway or booth entrance in pairs.
Panels for this size are stocked as PM803 and BB803 if you need graphics, and the complete kit is available under those codes.
Tool-Free Aluminum Assembly
The aluminum extrusion frame assembles entirely without tools and stays rigid and straight under fabric tension, so the panel pulls flat rather than bowing at the centre.
A soft carry case is included for protected transport and storage between events.
Re-Skin Instead of Rebuying
The economics of SEG favour keeping the frame: swapping a fabric panel takes minutes and costs far less than a new display. Buy the hardware once, then run a new graphic for each product launch, season, or sponsor.
