Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Hard Case for Premium Retractable Banner (583)
A rigid travel case built specifically for the Premium 583 retractable banner stand. Your banner is the piece that greets clients — this is what keeps it looking that way after a season of flights, cargo holds, and trunk rides.

Purpose-Fitted to the 583 Hardware
This case is sized for DP583 and SU583-5 hardware specifically. The snug fit is the point — a banner that cannot shift inside its case cannot be damaged by its own momentum when the case is dropped or stacked.
If you run a different stand, check the case matched to that model rather than ordering this one; the fits are not interchangeable.
Canvas Hard Shell
The rigid canvas shell resists crushing and absorbs the knocks that come with baggage handling and freight, rather than transmitting them to the hardware inside.
That protection matters most for the retractable mechanism. The spring-loaded cassette is the part most likely to fail from impact, and it is the part that determines whether your graphic still rolls up straight and clean.
Shoulder Strap Carry
