Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

15' Wide Straight Wall Pop-Up Display — Hardware Only, Frame and Case
The full-height pop-up frame and carry case for our 15' straight wall display. Graphics are not included — this is the listing for anyone who already owns a compatible cover, wants a second frame to run two artwork sets, or is replacing hardware while keeping existing graphics.

Expanding Pop-Up Frame
This is an accordion-style frame rather than a set of tubes you assemble piece by piece. It expands from a compact bundle to a full 15-foot wall and locks rigid when open.
Because the structure stays connected, there are no loose poles or fittings to sort, count, or lose — the single most common cause of a missing part on show morning.
