Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

15'W x 8'H EuroFit Straight Wall — Hardware Only, Frame and Carry Case
The aluminum frame and carry case for our 15' EuroFit straight wall. Graphics are not included, making this the right listing if you already own a compatible tension fabric cover, need a second frame so two artwork sets can run at once, or are replacing hardware while keeping your graphics.
Ideal for trade show backdrops, media walls, press conferences, photo backdrops, corporate events, receptions, retail environments, and permanent office branding.
Fifteen Feet of Wall Frontage
A 15' wide x 8' high frame fills a standard inline booth frontage with a single continuous surface instead of several separate banners competing for attention.
At eight feet high it reads clearly over standing crowds while staying under the height limits most venues impose on inline exhibitors.
Lightweight Aluminum, Tool-Free Assembly
The aluminum tubing is light enough for one person to handle but rigid enough to hold a 15-foot span straight and true once assembled.
Sections push together without tools, so the frame goes up in minutes and does not require an install crew or paid venue labour.
Swap Graphics Without Replacing Hardware
