Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Round Counter Kit — Hardware Only, Graphics Not Included
The frame, base, and countertop for our round trade show counter. Hardware only — the printed graphic wrap is sold separately — so you can pair the frame with artwork you already own or keep a spare structure for multi-booth events.
Ideal for island and open-plan booths, registration and check-in desks, product demos, sampling stations, retail pop-ups, hospitality areas, and information kiosks.
Round Shape Softens Booth Sightlines
A cylinder has no hard corners and no obvious back, so visitors can approach it from any direction — which is exactly what you want in an island booth or an open floor plan where traffic circulates.
The curved form reads as more approachable and less transactional than a squared-off desk, and it tends to invite conversation rather than signal a barrier between staff and attendees.
Wrap-Around Graphic Surface
Because the body is continuous, the graphic wraps the full circumference with no seams or corners to interrupt your artwork.
Your logo is legible from every angle of approach, and a pattern or colour field carries around the whole counter uninterrupted.
Black MDF Countertop Included
A rigid black MDF top is included, so this is a working surface — tablet, payment terminal, samples, literature, or a sign-up sheet — not just a graphic column.
The enclosed body gives you concealed storage for boxes, bags, coats, and backup stock during show hours.
Four Poles Twist Together — No Tools
Four poles twist together onto a sturdy base to form the structure. No tools, no fasteners, and no technical skill required, so any member of your team can assemble it onsite.
The frame is reused indefinitely — rebrand or change campaigns and you order only a new graphic cover. If you want the complete counter with printed graphics included, order kit SKU SU792 instead.
